Our food is Yogic prepared and Vegetarian, with some small amount of dairy, no eggs, no meat, and no fish. If there is a special dietary requirement we will do our best to accommodate but we must be informed prior to booking.
The course is for committed practitioners of yoga. Yoga is a science and about more than just physical posture. We believe yoga is for every body. This does NOT mean you have to be physically advanced or able to do advanced poses. However there are 4 hours of physical practice per day so we suggest that you are in relatively good health and physically fit to cope with this. So if you are ready to go deeper into the science of yoga and learn more you are welcome to apply.
It is not essential you bring an electronic device, however it is useful, we will give you materials electronically to look over and assist you in your learning.
You do not necessarily need to be a yoga teacher to join the 300hr training. However the course is aimed at strengthening teaching techniques. But teaching is a great way to learn and go deeper. So we consider each case individually. Please contact us directly if you have a query.

We provide airport pickup one way on arrival at only specified airports.
Dabolim airport for Goa location. Gaggal Airport for Dharamshala.
We provide the students with a printed study manual and accompanying study material via online media. We also have a small selection of books in the school which students may borrow. Students must purchase their own notebook, books, pens etc.

Our school and yoga teacher training courses are Yoga Alliance Registered. On successful completion of the course you will be eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance or other governing body of your choice. Each individual is responsible for registering themselves. It is very easy and can be done online. Our school does not provide registration for any student.
28 people fit comfortably in our yoga hall. If we have more students we use another hall for physical practice.

Yes, yoga is a science and not solely about flexibility of the body. We teach modification and options for all levels.
Yoga is not a religion, however if you feel uncomfortable with chanting you may meditate or observe.
Yes, you are welcome to join our course if you do not want to teach. Many people take the course to deepen their own practice.
If you want to arrive early or stay late. You need to inform us before hand and we will see if there is room for you in our buildings. If not there are many guesthouses nearby.

Accommodation is provided for the entire stay check in is the day of the opening ceremony of the course. Check out is final day of the course.
Food is provided Monday-Friday with breakfast provided on first 2 Saturdays.
Certification is awarded on the basis of performance, attendance and behavior throughout the training. As well as completion of the final practical and written exam. If a student does not meet these requirements then they will be awarded a certification of attendance instead of completion.
Both Dharamshala and Goa are very safe. There are many female travelers here and locals are kind and helpful. However, we advise that you do not walk alone in the night or in remote areas and dress respectfully, covering knees and shoulders. Stealing is rare but always lock your room and take care of your own possessions.
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the main social areas.
We provide an osmosis water filter/ filtered water free of charge to reduce use of plastic bottles. If this is not available you can purchase water from the shop.
Yes, our school is Yoga Alliance Registered and approved.
The course is taught entirely in English. So it depends on your own confidence in learning in English language. The course is very practical and teachers are ready to take non- Native English speakers into account, providing guidance where necessary.
You need to complete a 200hr Yoga teacher training course. Either with us or another registered yoga school.
You may complete the missed part of the course within a year free of charge.
Accommodation is simple, clean, with hot shower and toilet ensuite. Within 5 minutes walking distance from our main yoga hall.
We serve only Yogic prepared vegetarian food. The food provides all the nutrition that you will need during the course.
The course is conducted totally in English.
Please bring your own yoga mat, toiletries, towel, yoga clothes, one jumper for cold mornings/evenings, shawl for meditation, one white outfit for meditation, raincoat, notebook, pen, water bottle. Optional: belt/block etc.
There are items available for sale close to the yoga school but come prepared there is not always the same choice as you will find in your home town.
For Goa: bring beach wear.
